1. Watch sunrise every AM

If you don’t have a clear view of the sun and horizon, don’t worry. Merely being outside at this time is enough because the outdoor environment is bathed in the sun’s full spectrum at all times.

1. Get most of your bare skin exposed to AM sunlight every AM

Think sunbathing. Skin in the game at this time primes and prepares the skin for upcoming UV light.

How does this happen?

Via filaggrin and urocanic acid production in the skin due to red/infrared light stimulus which has been shown to be protective of the skin.
