You know there’s more in your tank. A faster speed at which you can move. A higher level of play. For men, that internal spark is always there, deep down.
But the problem is a lot of gentlemen allow the distractions of the world and piss poor standards from fanning that flame into a raging wildfire.

Holism is the theory that parts of a whole are in intimate interconnection, such that they cannot exist independently of the whole, or cannot be understood without reference to the whole, which is thus regarded as greater than the sum of its parts.
It’s the philosophy of Mother Nature herself.
Reductionism is the opposite approach. It’s a philosophy which seeks to break everything apart, ignore the connections, and study individual aspects of a certain subject.

The wise approach is to study the frog in relation to its habitat.

I don’t solely focus on nutrition or sleep, everything is considered because the details matter in this work. They can make or break your well-being.

What most healthcare professionals do is try to solve to symptoms of your circumstance. If you’re struggling with insomnia, they give you “sleep aids” loaded with melatonin which actually make the problem worse over time.
I aim to solve the root of the issue.
If you’re dealing with psoriasis for example, the last thing I’m going to recommend is a cream. Instead, I’m going to tell you straight up that it’s most likely due to leaky gut, hence we must follow a gut healing protocol.
A holistic approach addresses the root cause, not the symptoms.
Once you get rid of the root, the symptoms dissolve as a byproduct.

The Pareto Principle states that 80% of consequences come from 20% of the causes.
