Great news and easy to implement. I’ve been stepping out into the sun first thing in the morning since your discussions on circadian rhythym and melatonin production. Now, I can improve my eyesight too? As a 61 yo these easy steps will help me maintain my health span for many years to come. Thanks Zaid.

Any advice for living in a city, when you can't get low level sun? It needs to be moderately high in the sky before I can actually see it.

There is one Brazilian doctor, called Adriana Capanema, that advocates for recovering eyesight without surgical interventions and some of her eye exercises uses sunlight.

She has a channel on Youtube (sorry, Portuguese, sometimes Spanish, only)
