The combine wavelengths of sunlight work synergistically to regulate and improve function at every level of biology. When you destroy the integrity of the sun’s full light spectrum, problems manifest in our health.

This rings especially true when UV or blue light wavelengths are divorced from the rest of the spectrum, most notably red and infrared light. Ultraviolet and blue light must always be paired naturally with red and infrared because of the intricate cellular mechanisms created by evolutionary adaptation and biology.

Full spectrum sunlight is king.

Mother Nature has perfected her work with the relationship of sunlight and biological systems over the course of billions of years.

Before we get into the meat of this article, I want you to stop listening to people who speak about the “dangers” associated with any of these light wavelengths, especially UV light.

Hyper reductionist scientific thinking and laboratory settings divorced from nature on nocturnal animals without light or…
