In the name of circadian biology, timing is everything.

Our metabolic processes, hormonal rhythms, and cellular functions follow a circadian cadence, orchestrated largely by the light-dark cycle.

Nowhere is this more evident than in the relationship between WHEN we eat and how well our bodies metabolize that food. The case I lay out is simple, eating breakfast within an hour after sunrise aligns with circadian biology, particularly enhancing leptin sensitivity and overall metabolic health.
