Sunglasses and their use seem to be a sacred cow in society today.

It makes sense considering the sheer amount of “sunlight bad” propaganda pushed out by conglomerates and centralized establishments.

The logic of centralized medicine is to protect your eyes from the damaging effects of UV (ultraviolet) light. Now, this is true if you stare directly at the sun or expose your eyes to an excessive amount of glare with no regard for your eyesight.

I don’t believe anybody consciously does that.

Nobody stares at the sun beyond the context of sun-gazing (I support watching sunrise and sunset) because it’s impossible to do without scorching your eyes. We have all looked directly at the sun for a split second and reflexively turned away from it out of self-preservation.

What you’ll learn here goes against everything centralized ophthalmology believes in, yet the very lens I’m using to study this subject is the scientific one that centralized medicine worships…
