The fundamentals of health NEVER go out of style.
They are timeless, which means they always work when you put them into practice.
Many of you are searching for shortcuts in the wrong places. Even when you don’t get results using this “shortcut” mentality, you fail to think about the mentality that continues to reap no reward.
Through my experience coaching gentlemen to abide by the fundamentals, I’ve seen a lot of them try to cut corners. Long story short, it never works.
The most obvious area this takes place is in supplementation.
Many people have this idea that popping a pill, even if it’s a solid supplement option, will solve their health problems. To have a supplement stack with 15+ options, yet neglect sleep, nutrition, training, movement, detoxification and general lifestyle principles is foolish.
What’s the point of buying supplements to reduce chronic inflammation and increase energy when you can just SLEEP?
What’s the point of taking shit brained pre-workout formulas if you fail to ground yourself to the Earth?
This mentality is ass backwards.
You must always worship the fundamentals.
Dialing in circadian biology
Eating nutrient dense options and removing disease causing ones
Moving your body consistently at various levels of intensity
Managing your expectations and mentality
This is what moves the needle over the short and long term.
Your salvation isn’t in a pill, a new training modality or detox protocol.
It’s in the quiet moments of repetition, where you build an unbreakable health foundation that continues to serve you for the rest of your life.
