I have had a long standing beef with Bryan Johnson’s philosophy broadly, but especially with sunlight exposure considering that circadian biology is my area of expertise.

Arguably all of you are familiar with the man now.

You may not be familiar with his perspective on solar exposure, though.

This article serves as a comprehensive rebuttal and annihilation of Bryan’s shallow, reductive, and myopic ideas within this context.
