People think I’m being hyperbolic when I tell them to strictly block artificial blue light after sunset and replace their toxic conventional light sources with circadian-friendly ones.

If you studied this realm as much as I have, you wouldn’t hesitate to make the necessary changes because the sheer amount of evidence available would weigh on you heavy.

I don’t care how it looks to other people because it’s effective.

As a coach in the health realm, I need to be results-driven.

Furthermore, the health of my family matters to me more than anything in this world.

I understand that human biology begins and ends with light environment because it’s built upon a circadian foundation that we cannot ignore because it’s initially inconvenient.

You’ll come up with plenty of excuses to avoid making these changes.

“But I can’t see.”

“But I hate red lights.”

“My house will look weird to others.”

“My family would never approve of this because it’s weird.”
