I’ve appreciated your guidance and have taken it to heart. One of the best things I invested in is a sleep mask. I put it in and am out in less than 5 mins. Waking up once to adjust around 3am. Then back to sleep,until 6-6:30. Fully rested and ready to step outside to be introduced to sunlight first thing. It truly has changed my life for the best. Thanks again, Zaid.
Can you give us a list of what Hooga lights you're using in the photos? Are those the red clip-on book lights, or the red-amber combo? How about the ones in the bathroom? Thanks, Zaid!
I exclusively use red after sunset and keep any amber light to day time, although I don’t use them much during the day because I have natural sunlight coming in
