Thank you for this post. Do you believe we have discovered all the ways in which the body relies upon light? Not looking for proof, just your opinion.

So this is one basis for superiority of natural light exposure, due to the continuous spectrum, rather than RLT panels and the like?

Absolutely. Nothing compares to the full spectrum from the sun

Hello Zaid,

Thank you for this illuminating work. As we seem to be in an age where natural sunlight is being purposely minimized with optogenetic and photogene science used against the majority, its important to explore all aspects.

I would appreciate and value any opinion on the work we are doing using lasers to minimize some of the harm's currently happening. Also any suggested experiments you may want done as I have access to some good equipment and willing volunteers, starting with myself as always.

Best Regards,

Matt.

I’m wondering for people spending their days (and nights) working under those fluorescent or LED lights, which part of complex is affected and what consequences are?

The entire electron transport chain is destroyed by artificial light. Mitochondrion don’t know how to use isolated blue light or non-native EMF because they evolved to receive the sun’s full spectrum and native EMF

so what can someone do to make the best of this environment? blue light blocking glasses? turn off the florescent light source and use a lamp with full spectrum bulbs? be in the sun outside of work as much as possible? i feel like circadian advocates only solution is move and quit your job which is not practical for most people.
