What are your thoughts on doing both: daily sun exposure and D supplementation. I realize D is fat soluble. I do both but my blood levels are within normal range.
This is the first that I’ve read that darkness and melatonin can maximize stores of vitamin D so one needn’t supplement in the winter.

I only support sunlight exposure. There’s no reason to supplement when you can just sunbathe more during midday
