Sunrise. Sunshine. Sunset.
If you want to optimize your health or heal from any ailment, it’s imperative that you create a routine around these three sacred times.
Your body is a perfect quantum system shaped by billions of years of evolution that needs natural light to function properly.
By this point, you’ve already taken the Sunlight Pill and learned the truth about this incredibly important and complex subject.
I’ve covered the benefits of sun-gazing done properly, so this article will reiterate a bit of that, yet with a new twist.
You can read the article about it below.
I have also covered the healing impact that natural light has on the mitochondria and non-visual opsins within the eye, which you can read below.
Waking Up With The Rising Sun (4/5 AM - 8/9 AM)
There’s no greater zeitgeber (circadian cue) than to watch sunrise.
Once you get natural light into the eyes after you wake up, countless physiological processes are activated in YOUR favor. We’re speaking about everything from digestion to mood to neurotransmitter production to metabolism.
If you can be grounded to the DC energy of the natural Earth’s surface while viewing sunrise, you’re enhancing the benefit on a quantum level.
This is the time where you can prime your skin through the production of a protein on the skin known as filaggrin as well.
What will this help you achieve?
It’s crucial to avoid or heal atrophic (weak) skin so that you can withstand more sunlight exposure during the middle of the day and gain further benefit from high UV-A and UV-B conditions.
Why is sunrise and sunset so powerful?
Because during these times, a phenomenon known as Rayleigh Scattering dispurses the majority of light wavelengths while leaving the red and near-infrared light spectrum intact.
The level of regenerative biological power involved with this spectrum of light is incredible. Reference my article on red light therapy or photobiomodulation below.
Midday Sunbathing (10 AM - 3 PM)
This time of day is where you get the benefits of melanin and Vitamin D3 production.
I mention the word ‘sunbathing’ because that’s what people need to do in order to accrue the benefits of midday sunlight.
You can’t be covered from head to toe in clothes. You can’t be lathering yourself up with sunscreen. You can’t be wearing hats, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
As much of your skin needs to be exposed so that D3 production through sulfated cholesterol can even take place.
This is truly the only wise way to raise your D3 status, and it will go a long way in regards to protecting you from chronic disease, especially many forms of cancer.
Learn about the lies that centralized medicine propagates below.
Watching Sunset (6/8 PM)
Viewing sunset offers many of the same benefits I mentioned in the sunrise section, but it’s important as a way to close out the day and welcome the night.
Outside of that, I urge you to get outside during these times as often as you can and create a routine around it.
Not only will your physical health be in a better place, but your emotional, mental, and spiritual health will be incredible as well.
Much love,
Zaid
Lovely post!
