It’s been about a year since I initially took the subject of water and hydration seriously.
Before I was introduced to individuals like Viktor Schauberger or Dr. Gerald Pollack, I had the same perspective as everyone else on water.
I understood the importance of hydration, but didn’t do much research into this priceless resource which provides all life on Earth.
Not a single thought went into the quality of water, its structure, what it’s stored in, and the space in which it’s allowed to flow. I was ignorant, yet acted like I already had it figured out because it was a relatively “simple” subject matter.
You know what everybody says.. “I already know that stuff.”
Boy, I was wrong.
The amount of hidden knowledge available on water is astounding.
It would blow your mind and leave you speechless.
Let’s explore the subject from multiple angles to enlighten you.
(I have provided links to most, if not all, of the research I’ve done on water.. you’ll find them sprinkled throughout this article).
Firstly, watch the entire video I’ve done on The 2AM Podcast below.
It’ll guide your thought process on the subject.
Episode #183: Here's Why Spring Water Reigns Supreme
Perspective #1: Oceans swims heal the body
As human beings evolved, they spent their time along coastlines for good reason.
We understood the life enhancing power of the ocean, the food it provides, and how it created a positive shift in our psychological disposition.
This is no coincidence.
When we swim in the ocean, we soak up the most crucial ions from seawater.. chloride, sodium, sulfate, magnesium, calcium and potassium.
These ions and trace minerals bring the body back into equilibrium, hence allowing us the opportunity to heal from the chronic diseases of modernity.
Regular ocean swims do a body good.
Perspective #2: As a society, we are dehydrated
With the regular consumption of coffee, sugary beverages, refined and ultra pasteurized juices, and poor intake of quality water..
It’s no surprise why most people struggle to function, let alone break through psychological and emotional barriers towards greater heights.
When you’re dehydrated, you can’t think well.
That says enough about where we’re at as a society.
Sure, we need water to survive, but do you think a society which treats water as a commodity and destroys its divinity in common culture respects it?
Absolutely not.
It perceives it as a resource to harvest, manipulate, and sell for profit.
Perspective #3: The water supply is poisoned
The quality of your municipal tap water is awful.
The quality of your municipal tap water follows in the same footsteps.
How many times per day do you drink tap water and shower without thought?
Each exposure to the toxins floating around in municipal tap water weakens your system, bringing you closer to metabolic dysfunction. This in combination with a Standard American Diet and lifestyle is a recipe for disaster.
At some point, you must get real with yourself.
Making the switch from conventional municipal sources to spring water bottled in glass + reverse osmosis with re-mineralization is the only sustainable move on the chessboard.
Your body instantly feels the difference and begins to crave the latter.
Perspective #4: Nature creates the best quality water
We aim to create the best consumer product because of our capitalistic drive, yet more often than not, this drive can bite us on the ass if we don’t stay true to our roots.
Conglomerates have taken the predominant resource on Earth (spring water) and bastardized it by:
processing it incorrectly
contaminating it with chemicals & toxins
stripping it of essential trace minerals
forcing it to flow through straight, heavy metal contaminated pipes
I want you to notice the hubris with which we’ve done this.
Think about how arrogant you have to be to deny the wisdom of nature and destroy its most incredible creation because of profit margin.
Mother Nature knows what she’s doing. She:
Structures spring water naturally through countless vortices
Infuses the highest quality trace minerals from various stones within her womb
processes it correctly and flawlessly by allowing water to move as it naturally does
purifies it with incredible energy potential
Take a look at this chart showcasing the hydrological cycle.
It displays how complex the entire process is of creating spring water.
Infinite intelligence.
Perspective #5: Power of the vortex
The vortex movement is a way water purifies and energizes itself.
Nature uses the centripetal, vortical form of motion, moving from the outside to the inside with increasing velocity, which acts to cool, condense, structure, and assist the emergence of a higher vibratory quality.
People label it as pseudoscience.
And to those types, I say: Get your priorities in check. Nature is infinitely wiser than science, and to think otherwise is foolish as hell.
Implosion energy (the vortex motion) is superior to explosion energy. Viktor Schauberger dedicated his life to prove this as fact and succeeded, only to be suppressed by the United States government. There are many parallels between his story arch and that of Nikola Tesla.
I personally use a Mayu water pitcher to vortex my water which you can see in action here.
Conclusion
Those are a few of my thoughts on the subject so far.
I still have a lot to learn and will leave you with one book I’m currently reading as some extra study for you.
It’s an excellent read so far and pushes the boundary of understanding with water from the eyes of the water wizard himself, Viktor Schauberger.
Grab a copy and let me know how you like it.
Lastly, do me a favor and answer one of the two answers in the poll below.
Much love,

Great read, thank you
